Do I need a gym membership to participate?

No. Your training plan will be customized based on the equipment you have access to—be it at home, in a gym, or a combination of both. We'll work with what's available to you to ensure effective workouts.

Is there a minimum commitment period for coaching?

Yes, I recommend a minimum commitment of 3 months. This timeframe allows us to establish sustainable habits, see meaningful progress, and equip you with the confidence and tools to maintain your lifestyle changes.

Does nutrition coaching have to be included in my program?

While I believe nutrition is an integral part of both mind and body fitness, I also understand that making changes in both fitness and nutrition at the same time can feel overwhelming.

My goal is always to meet you where you're at. If you'd prefer to focus solely on fitness for now, that’s totally okay — I can absolutely coach fitness only. If you're open to it later on, we can gradually introduce nutritional education and changes throughout your program, at a pace that feels right for you.

What are the payment options?

All payments are due up front before your personal itness program is created. Payment can be sent by Zelle or Venmo.

How is my progress tracked?

Progress is monitored through weekly check-ins via the coaching app. We'll use your preferred methods—such as photos, measurements, or scale weight—to assess progress and make necessary adjustments to your plan.
