Hi, I’m Kaitlyn — a fitness coach, cheerleader, and accountability partner in one.
I’ve coached hundreds of people through group fitness, strength training, and Pilates — and I’ve learned that real progress happens when workouts, nutrition, and mindset work together.
I’m a certified Personal Trainer with a speciality in Nutrition Coaching, complemented with additional credentails as a Group Fitness and Pilates Instructor. I coached for years at Orangetheory Fitness while building a specialty in Mat Pilates, teaching in corporate gyms, local studios, and now hosting my own pop-up classes. Pilates is one of my favorite ways to help people build core strength, improve posture, and feel more connected to their bodies.
More than certifications, I love helping people feel stronger, more confident, and in control of their health — in a way that fits real life.
Nutrition matters, but I keep it simple: no crash diets, no overwhelm. Just support, education, and progress that lasts.
