Hi, I’m Kaitlyn — a fitness coach, cheerleader, and accountability partner in one.

I’ve coached hundreds of people through group fitness, strength training, and Pilates — and I’ve learned that real progress happens when workouts, nutrition, and mindset work together.

I’m a certified Personal Trainer with a speciality in Nutrition Coaching, complemented with additional credentails as a Group Fitness and Pilates Instructor. I coached for years at Orangetheory Fitness while building a specialty in Pilates Mat, teaching in corporate gyms, local studios, and now hosting my own pop-up classes. Pilates is one of my favorite ways to help people build core strength, improve posture, and feel more connected to their bodies.
