Hey there! I’m Kaitlyn — your go-to fitness coach, cheerleader, and accountability partner rolled into one.

Over the past few years, I’ve coached hundreds of people through group fitness, strength training, and Pilates — and what I’ve learned is this: real progress happens when your workouts, nutrition, and mindset are all working together.

I’m a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Specialist, and Group Fitness Instructor. I’ve spent years coaching at Orangetheory Fitness and have coached everything from high-energy circuits to mindful mat-based movement. But beyond the certifications, what I really love is helping people feel stronger, more confident, and more in control of their health — in a way that fits their real life.

I believe nutrition is a major key to long-term results. That doesn’t mean crash diets or cutting out everything you love. I meet you where you are and help you learn what works — whether you're just starting to track your meals or ready to dial in macros and fuel for performance. No pressure, no overwhelm.
