Hi, I’m Kaitlyn — a fitness coach, cheerleader, and accountability partner in one.
I’ve coached hundreds of people through group fitness, strength training, and Pilates — and I’ve learned that real progress happens when workouts, nutrition, and mindset work together.
I'm a Certified Personal Trainer with a specialty in Nutrition Coaching, complemented by additional credentials in Group Fitness and Pilates. I coached for several years at Orangetheory Fitness while developing a specialty in Pilates Mat, teaching in corporate fitness centers, local studios, and now through my own pop-up classes. I hold three Classical Pilates Mat Instructor certifications spanning beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels. Pilates is one of my favorite ways to help people build core strength, improve posture, and feel more connected to their bodies.
