Personalized fitness coaching means your entire experience is built around you — your goals, your lifestyle, and your pace.
It all starts with an initial consultation, where we talk through your goals, schedule, preferences, and any challenges you're facing. From there, I’ll design a custom fitness program that gets delivered to you through a coaching app — complete with demo videos, a clear weekly layout, and tracking tools.
Each week, we’ll connect for a virtual check-in to talk through how your workouts are going, adjust your plan if needed, and go over anything from form tips (yes, I can send video breakdowns!) to mindset shifts. You’ll also have ongoing text support, so you’re never left hanging between check-ins.
We’ll celebrate your wins together, tackle any roadblocks or habits that aren’t quite clicking, and adjust your workouts weekly based on how you’re feeling, what equipment you have, or what’s going on in your life that week.
When it comes to nutrition, I meet you where you are. Whether you’re ready to track macros, learn how to build a calorie deficit, or just want healthy grocery tips and food swaps, I’ll guide you at your comfort level — no pressure, just progress.
